His hands aren't too soft like yours.
They're a little calloused
and warm.
His fingertips are cold. but,
when he holds my hand and gives it a squeeze,
or plays with my fingers,
or just holds it in between his hands,
I forget everything,
but him.
and that he's sitting next to me
-- with my head on his shoulder and his hands holding mine.
