There’s a small boy sitting all alone somewhere
Staring into space
He can’t understand what you’re doing to his world
But he wants you to go away

There’s a young girl lying in a field somewhere
In her eyes a look of dismay
She’s got a child and another one due
But their daddy died today

Look around yourself
See what you have done

Take a little time out
Open your eyes for me
There ain’t much left of your little world
But it doesn’t have to be
We can change, we can change
Let me show you how
Let a little love into your little world
But for **** sake do it now!

There’s a young man dying in road somewhere
For a cause he don’t believe
His wife and child cry blameless tears
But who’s gonna see him bleed.

Look around yourself
See what you have done

Take a little time out
Open your eyes for me
There ain’t much left of your little world
But it doesn’t have to be
We can change, we can change
Let me show you how
Let a little love into your little world
But for **** sake do it now!

There’s an old man sitting at a desk somewhere
In his hands the fate of the world
He can’t even bend to tie his shoes
But millions obey his word

Look around yourself
See what you’ve become

Take a little time out
Open your eyes for me
There ain’t much left of your little world
But it doesn’t have to be
We can change, we can change
Let me show you how
Let a little love into your little world
But for **** sake do it now!
Let a little love into your little world
But for **** sake do it now!
Let a little love into your little world
But for your sake
Do it now!
