Him
And she imagined him.
On distant shores
Imagining her
Behind closed doors
Her finger circled round and round
Her passion rose without a sound
Until she sighed and hit the ground
Her river flowed and ebbed away
And then one thing
She heard him say.
‘Sleep softly. Dream of me.
And then your face again I’ll see’
