In the botanical world I stood,
transfixed by the aesthetic beauty of roses.
Witnessing the pureness of the many different colors.
Resisting the urge to caress the roses that look as soft as velvet linen.
Lost in this world I was,
Oblivious to the bustling sounds of the crowd,
As I stood in this world of Rosaceae,
Truly seeing nature for the first time.
