Some such brilliance forever taunts,
Bringing shrapnel into my heart,
Because your words are frail and gaunt,
I know the lies are your only art.

Ticking clocks curse me so,
Forever simply doesn't know.

Temptation touches my neck so softly,
I shrink away and breathe the cloud,
He holds me closely oh so tightly,
While Secrets build a heavy shroud.

The fire melts ice below my feet,
Because forever forced us to meet.
