Why?
As I stand here and look into the sky,
Filled with many a beautiful star,
I think of things both near and far.
And cannot help but wonder why.
Why do we each other fight,
Shedding one another’s blood,
Tramping through dirt and mud?
Is it to show our might?
Why does Black hate White,
And White hate Black?
What do they lack?
Do they think this is right?
Why do we rob and steal,
Causing others to suffer?
Trying to prove who is tougher?
Is it truly real?
Why do we go fishing,
On the Lord’s Day?
When we ought to pray,
And upon him be wishing.
Why do men from Him turn?
Why do men always say,
“Mine is the easiest way”?
This is my concern.
Won’t you help me wonder why?
We may find an answer.
What causes cancer????????
What causes us to die??????
