I have you in rein
Coz with superior brain
I tamed the wild in you,
Wolves transformed to pet
No more from me you get
What’s your due!
Now a canine on the street
With no way to retreat
No hope for you in sight,
You caused me plight
By barking with might
Throughout the night!
So it will be your fate
It’s what you’ll get
You they’ll hound,
For you it looms
Cramped stinking rooms
Of a mortuary called dog pound!
The sad fate of the stray dogs in our neighbourhood
