The sun on shifting sand
It warms this place
Waves they move with rhythmic splash

Before my eyes you walk from surf
Tanned skin of coffee warm
Water drops that glisten so
Each step a dancers grace
My breath now hard to take
You turn my way
Your smile so bright the sun takes note
Such beauty an artists work

This still in memory bright
Feelings from time now past
Reminds me how blessed my life
The day you chose to be my bride

Now we sit together still
I feel your love from then to now
Though time has robbed me of some sight
Memory paints you as once you were
I wonder how you see me too
My hand you touch and time stands still
My bride and life

Together still
Together still
For my wife
