Sometimes the world shatters
And I fall underneath the weight
This balloon of wonder
Crumbles me at the brink
Life is a game
Of there’s and now’s
The future and first times
Of I definitely know how
Our generation
So used to “I want’s”
Premature ejaculations
And notorious taunts
Life is a game
That we all must play
Roll the dice of luck
And sustain the pain
Be the greater good
Something for our children
And cherish the world
That we were given
