Love is something we can hold on to
But it was never ours to keep
Something you made me come back to
The remedy for a heart that is undone

I didn't knew that you were poison
And everything dies within your touch
But you were also the antidote I needed much
The remedy for a heart that is undone

It was just a glimpse in time
But it felt like a lifetime
How your hands felt in mine
Made me feel that you were mine

Was it considered an experience?
Or was it just a feeling?
Was it something to be serious?
Or was it just part of healing?

'Cause you were poison, you were toxic
All you did was damage and nothing to rebuild
But what I felt was the opposite, Isn't it ironic?
In your touch, I felt the concept of being complete
