The sky rumbles and thunders
A man snores on the pavement
Oh how sinister
Dogs hide in their homes afraid
The orchestra is cancelled
The crowd came to see Wagner
And two river left a swirl
The rain never stops they say
It is playing a tune
The man finally wakes up
As if he is in a free concert
Like that time in Bangladesh
When the food was cheap plates of lentils
This rain looks rare
Maybe it says something
Listen, listen closely
The crowd has left
They came to listen to the conductor
Leaving with a symphony in their hearts
And rainbow drifting above
Like an isolated cello note hovering above
The rain starts again
It is a drizzle
The man goes to sleep again
