This remorseless dark separation
I bear unequally with you.
Why cry?
Rather, I search for your hand,
And ask for your promise
to visit me in dream.
You and I are like two seas,
many shores separated,
No more meeting in this world.
If only sometimes through starlight,
You would send me a greeting
through the salty stars,
streaming down my cheeks.
