A flame is in my heart, running through my blood
The burn that seems to have no end
My bones are getting old I'm starting to grow cold,
I do not sing in the pouring rain with all this pain
Death is a place of stone on the grave
They will write my name down in elegant's of true fancy
of my old romance of finer days
Drive the deep spear in my lonely heart, hammer the words
of my old lover in my soul of long ago
around wooden Paradise where everything is light is where
the flame that's burning inside me
needs to go to rest, my soul.
