Do you ever wish you could
just close your eyes and wash
away all the things you didn't want to see
Or just dream away to a place
you could just hide from the world of darkness
Do you ever dream of the days
for the heartaches to go away
the cuts to heal in brighter days
But then you find yourself more
wounded because you didn't
have the key to close your heart to feel no more.
