I expect more from you
Because I'd be willing to
But if its more than you can do
Then I'm willing to do so for you

If you won't take the first step
I'll take it, and all the rest
I'll do whatever comes next
Because it's what you expect

We'll be friends till the day we die
And whatever comes after that time
May the trials pass us by
As we live til', in age, we are ripe

And you'll never once question or
Wonder why I'm satisfied without more
And when death comes knocking on the door
I'll explain that that's what friends are for.
