IN HIDING.

by anna-loraine-m-andres

I see people dancing in excitement I see couple giggling in happiness I see trees waving and bending in silence I see birds soaring, chirping in eagerness I see lights shining brightly against dark sky I see building standing tall and mighty I see a lady, sitting alone, looking around her Is there something she's looking for, I asked myself. I see pair of eyes, all too welled up, I knew the answer. I see hope, one day she would come out of the shelf.
