Deflect, riposte
Ever thought of that?
There will be one person
A person that will make you look;
Like a *** or a daft
Once on your ******* lifetime
You will metastasized that ****
Over and over and over
Questioning every corner of sanity
“How could I let it slide?”
You kept wondering
“And it’s no ones’ fault but yours”
The song said as it lingers
Blindness
Cast upon you
Dims your very thought
“Maybe she wasn’t what she presents to be?”
Or you didn’t thought it through?
Either way the wolves are not impressed
You fell into a trip wire
A mechanism of deception
Used to trap lost souls
And suspend them in guilt
You became Cain
Like in the old book
You’re marked
Can’t speak a word
But one thing is certain:
The newly added calmness is already worn
While she holds her gaslight
You’re seriously in bad **** if you see yourself in these.
