I am but a shimmer of light in a sea of gold, with its horizon being beyond perception. My only certainty is knowing about the horizon from which there is no return, and that my light will reach it at any moment.

I fear not what I shall find there, if not for the certainty of its existence. You cannot see thereafter, nor imagine what it is. That is what reassures me, for when my light reaches past the horizon, it will all make sense.
