Shut your mouth and never talk,
Never let their harsh words sink in;
For when you open up your mouth,
Their muse their victories you begin.

Choose then, if can, remain silent,
Whatever cruel stories they tell;
The now will pass with each second,
Settled is none with just a yell.

Remember not who wronged you,
The pain and suffering they caused;
The pain and joy of yesterday,
For good in life in time is lost.
