I was looking at the sky
revisiting all the fairy tales
She was just planting a hard
rock in her fertile land
Everything was a parable
to me
I thought she was just being
over protective and jealous
of me
Now that I qualify to gnaw
and digest all her words
I always hear her whispering
in my ears
All you wanted was a good life
for me,Mama
It is never too late to fix that!
Because your smile tells a lot
I am ready to welcome all the
blessings that you brushed with
your warm hand of love
on your tummy
While I was kicking inside
