May 2013
yellow lights
they bring it back
the bleak rain
the trees crying the skies tears
onto my scalp
and i didn't even care
the damp wooden benches we sat on
the blue elixir puddles i couldn't stop staring into
stay with me
the orange glow grazed your cheeks
silhouettes of trees surrounded me
and contradicted with the ombre background
of the twilight sky

and it stays with me
it all does
the bleak rain
the trees crying the skies tears
onto my scalp
and i didn't even care
the damp wooden benches we sat on
the blue elixir puddles i couldn't stop staring into
it stays with me
definitely not done yet
