I just want a chance

Everyday I sit and wait

For that one chance they call fate

I just want someone with that one spacific trait

Hopefully the road is not as rough

As it used to be tough

I wish I could just take the highway

To get to my destination

And get my way

Someone help me break this consintration

Help me make a masterpiece

I just want to make a little peace

With a little elbow grease

But when the road gets rough

Everything will turn

Everything will get much more tough

Things will crash and burn

I just want one more chance

I just need to find the right stance

With just one glance

That won't help a single chance

So one day

Some day

I will be the center a life

Help me put down this knife
