She caught me with a smile and a talk
Lured me to her cave without much lost
Disrupted my energy or made me see
That I’m the only one hurting me
It was then that I changed I couldn’t fit my old shell
I was destined and brave, but then I turned pale
The rush of responsibilities, ego and pride
I corner myself, sat there and cried
here I am now can’t string together fifty cent
A victim turned into an active participant
