Burnt hearts

Burnt hearts all around,

Not looking, not searching,

Just being around.

Hesitant subconsciously,

Friendly overtly.

But not going beyond.

Burning hearts float.

eventually they will be coal.

Hesitant to be again,

Floating in a union with friends.
