Beating Hearts.

With heavy eyes I see the outline of your sleeping self, listening... Listening to the beat of your heart. I move to allow my heavy eyes sleep when I hear your heart quicken. My heavy eyes fall. I feel you tighten your embrace around me as my heart quicken with yours. Then in a moment’s notice our beating hearts are as they should be as one...
