I have to ask myself
Sometimes

What's the reason for my bothering?

You don't think twice
You're never nice,
And if you are
You don't mean it.

You're distracted, you're off
In the clouds
And I'm down here
Waving to catch your attention:
But you can never see ants from planes.

But still,
I'll try

Because it makes me happy,
Makes me feel like I have a purpose.

And that purpose
Is getting you to crash land
To reality.

Impossible as that is
Without one of us getting hurt.
