It is what I want to be instead,
Into your heart
inside your head.

Oh, the privilege to share the intricate pulses of your mind
and the welcoming of your feel, your touch all too real.

and all I've been, you said
is another wound, torn
across your bed.

Oh, should it hurt more than this?
or is the shattered realization
a ****** expectation
no longer a fear
only a time
bomb.
