I stand alone in a crowded room
Some wouldn't understand.
No one knows I exist,
no one knows who I really am.
I'm a girl who's alone,
crying out for help.
I'm a girl who's shed a single tear,
who's pain is never felt.
And as I sit alone my dear,
I ask you this.
Would you take the time to know,
who I really am, or what I really fear?
I fear the sound of loneliness,
it's pounding in my head.
My dear you've left me all alone,
how could you just forget.
