I look longingly at him.
But he looks desperately at her.
I can't say it doesn't hurt,
Because it hurts like hell.
Her stunning beauty always overshadows me
But what am I supposed to do?
She always gets what she wants.
I know,
It isn't fair,
But neither is life.
I just have to learn,
Wipe the tears away,
**** it up,
Paint that painful smile on my quivering lip,
And remember:
He wants her.
He deserves her.
He could never desire a loser like me.
Why would he want me
when he could have her?
But I wish that once,
Just once,
She could open her eyes,
See that I'm dying,
And I could get what I want.
