those hands, their hands are strong
& their skin carries scents from
places I’ve never been to before,
i let mine wander where i wish

head spinning, heavy with *****
when i open my eyes & flip,
i see but a mass of foreign flesh,
who are you & where are you from?

i never really listen to their responses,
just love how their words crash on my ears,
the way their touch brings electricity,
how the novelty keep my mind aflight

i’m just playing along, pretending
i’m just playing a role & so are you
let’s bring this image to temporary life
let’s set the ephemeral stage ablaze
