Simple Pleasures

How sweet it is

To taste the air

Of a summer breeze.

Fragrant, Crisp, Alive.

How cool it is

To feel the shadow

Of a sweltering heat.

Simple pleasures easily obtained

That are simply unnoticed

By the hurried eye.
