Never one without the other.
Such as humanity too.
Always at war with each other.
Fighting like small childeren.
No world or society is without it, incomplete without Chaos.
For Chaos provides the first step.
A step to go into Order.
Humanity will never advance father than it has.
True Peace and Order...we shall never achieve.
