She looked me in the eyes and saw the demon I'd become, The pain so intense made my heart grow numb, deep down inside I cling to memories of an old love,  how dumb can I be?

She looked me in the eyes but wasn't phased by what she saw, with an impulse to fix me I was her little jigsaw, she said "trust me" but her words went in vain the last time I TRUST it caused me so much pain- I'm hurt, I'm lost, I'm engulfed in confusion, but she can't fix me I'm my solution.

Loneliness causes my demons to be my friends but I will burn myself out like a phoenix and rise from the ashes again.
