Nobody cares about the train driver In a modern world where we look at each other like strangers. Maybe we are strangers but what doesn't seem right is the empty eyes that look at you. No emotion behind those Looks of emptiness. One is old to care, too old Cant blame him if this is what life taught him The younger ones just stare at the phones Funny enough I'm writing in one The young have so much to look forward to but no one tells them They dont hear it enough They left in a road with no direction Maybe when they get old they feel the same as the old man next to me Losing the spark everyday instead of gaining it And you have the guys going to work Tired as hell with headphones on and SLEEPING. What's work without enthusiasm Arent they just passing time to get closer to the old man It's the end of the ride and I need to get off I blame it all on us because we dont care about the train driver.
