Here, we are alone, here, we are each other,
Intertwining like vines in the sun,

You’re not holding back, not even a little bit,
You unravel, you come undone

We count the scars, not the seconds,
As we shed our skin & become one,

I have the found proper placement,
Here in this moment, in my submission
To all the things I’ve kept suppressed,
& my weakness is glorifying & free
