May We Rise

Glorious realm, of God's Heaven Hosts of divine, they doth gather Thine angelic ones, together sing Christ has risen, thus rise to thee Beyond our hearts, loved are we Through dark of times, held are we Wrecked, suffering, healed are we Christ has risen, thus rise to thee Cross Christ lifted, it then lifted him He had to bear, God's son presented Our cross to carry, our sins forgiven Christ has risen, thus rise to thee We, fully faithful, blessed soul of hope Throngs of humanity, be thee grateful God's holy light, within us all beams Christ has risen, thus rise to thee Thine time of renewal, thoughts ascend Lord and his miracles, comfort all lands Inspired, go forth, walk with God in hand Christ has risen, thus rise to thee
