Beware the Shadow People

Beware the Shadow People That sit in the dark corners They shout and mock Where no one can see them If you argue, they attack you They call you a liar, a fake Kindness confuses them So they feed on hate They act strong it's easy when you can't see them But get them into the light And they're small, so small They're all different as are you and I So one must know them to shine the light And remember The Shadow People are still people so be kind
