anomaly

I must be an anomaly.

Something weird.

Some kind of creature

That no-one has seen before.

Is there any other reason

why people flock to me

but do not love?

'Isn't it odd?'

'Isn't it strange?'

'Isn't it so vile,

so disgusting,

that you can't

help but stare?'

As far as I know,

I'm still human;

But other people

always seem to know best.
