Cracking up, like an iceberg,
And just as cold
I lose shards of myself
Into this black abyss that is my mind.
Whole pieces of me fall,
Unwanted.
I am lost.
I become nothing, water streaming and not stopping
Sections of my entirety
Lost.
I drift these unhappy miles
Searching, searching
For a wisp of myself and my original soul,
But I am lost.
Unseen beneath these slick waves
I distance me from all my other atoms
Forgetting
With all my power and all my malice
I could have crushed you first.
