The fights that get down
The noises loud in town
The fear of losing eachother
Is all that makes us stick together

My love, my life depends on God
And the love of God is manifested in you
Your beauty is like polished gold
And when i was thirsty i rested in you

Your kiss takes away my fears
As your mellow words caress my ears
My only destination is the altar
Walking down the aisle is on my rota

I look forward to more joy and happiness
As our journey has taught us to hang on
Even though we fight i will never care less
You are my source of laughter, my backbone
We learn a lot from fighting
