All poets have tried to capture loves touch
None have succeeded- or even come close
Rhyme it to little or rhyme a bit much
If may sound pretty, but no other boast
Its not their fault, for how, in just verse
Could they capture a heart, capture the world
Something as big as the whole universe
A sane man could never hope to unfurl
No ink can draw this much complexity
No man imagine beautiful words
No one explore this forest's immensity
No way to depict the song that's unheard
Of course, their love is much lesser than mine
For how could they try to write something divine?
A sonnet following the Shakespearean form.
