I'm hurting inside,
Can no longer bear this pain I feel.
Somebody, save me please.
I'm drowning in my tears
Can't breath,
I'm suffocating in my fears.

The smile on my face can no longer pretend
I thought I was strong but my knees got weak
My pain has now reached its peak.

You asked me "what's wrong?"
but my lips are numb, can't speak.
Crying,
my words are replaced with tears.

I'm hurting inside
My heart's been torn apart
Trying to fix the pieces
But the pain never eases
I watched my sadness rises as my happiness decreases.

Bitterness rushes through my veins
Pain,
I will inflict on those who made me cry
Like a bullet, I will pierce your heart like you did mine
I'm hurting inside.
