FIRST, IS STRONG YOUNG MAN,

WHEN HE WAS BORN I BECAME HIS #1 FAN.

LOOKING INTO HIS EYE, WHILE HE LOOKED INTO MINE,

LIL HEAD, EYES, NOSE, AND MOUTH; SO INNOCENT AND KIND.

WHEN PICKED HIM UP,HE WOULD JUST SMILING AND LAUGH,

EVEN WHEN I CHANGING HIS DIAPER OR GIVEN HIM A BATHE.

PEOPLE SAY HE SHOULD BEEN MY TWIN, BUT NOT ON THIS DAY,

NO HIS MOM DIDN'T NAME HIM, I DID, SO I NAMED HIM DEVONTA(Y),

HE DIDN'T WANT LEAVE MY SIDE OR BE RIGHT UNDER MY ARM.

FROM THAT DAY FORWARD, I'LL LET NO ONE CAUSE YOU ANY HARM,

ME BEING A FATHER... A DAD AT 21...... ABSURD,

BUT THAT ALL CHANGED IN 1998, AUGUST 3.

AND AS YOU GROW DAY TO DAY YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SEE IT,

BUT I DO, I FEEL IT, SEE IT, ITS IN YOU,THE ABLITITY TO PUSH ON WITH NO QUIT.

YOU HAVE MY BLOOD RUNNING THROUGH YOUR VEINS AND HEART,

ITS LIKE GOD CUT OUT A PIECE OF ME AND GAVE YOU A PART.

I'M PROUD TO BE YOU DAD AND PROUD YOUR MY SON.

I EXPECT GREAT THINGS FROM YOU; YES I EXPECT A TON.

2ND IS BABYGIRL, IESHA KENYATTA BOULER,

WHEN SHE BORN SHE DIDN'T WANT ME TO TOUCH OR HOLD HER.

SHE WOULD CRY EVEN IF I LOOK OR TOOK A PEEK,

SO I USED TO SNEAK AND HOLD HER WHILE SHE WAS SLEEP.

IT WAS SO BAD, I ASK GRANDMA WHAT I'M DOING WRONG.

SHE SMILE AND SAY, DON'T WORRY; KEEP UR HEAD AND BE STRONG.

I WILL ALWAYS BE HERE,

NOT GOING ANYWHERE,

& WHEN THEY HURT YOUR HEART;

I'LL BE THERE PICK UP PIECES AND PUT THEM BACK TOGETHER PART BY PART.

SHE WAS RIGHT, NOW SHE CALL ME EVERYDAY.

"I LOVE YOU BABYGIRL!", NOTHING MORE I NEED TO SAY.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST IS A INTELLIGENT YOUNG MAN,

THIS MAN DIFFERENT HIS IS A WHOLE OTHER BRAND

HE LOVE SCHOOL AND HE LOVE GOING CHURCH AND WORSHIPPING THE LORD,

HE LISTEN TO ELDERS AND HIS HEAD IS NOT HARD.

THIS IS BECAUSE OF HIS MOTHER.

I REMEMBER THE FIRST TIME THAT ALL MY KIDS MET EACH OTHER.

I COULDN'T GET THEM TO SIT BY THEM SELF, "I GOT TO SIT BY MY SISTER AND BROTHER!"

I'VE BEEN PROUD OF YOU EVERY SINCE WE PLAYED IN MS. DOT HOUSE ON STAIRS,

I DON'T KNOW YOUR MOM TELL YOU, BUT EVERYTIME I TALK TO HER OR TEXT HER I ASK ABOUT SAMUEL,

I ASK HOW YOU DOING IN SCHOOL AND TELL YOU THAT, I LOVE YOU

YOU ARE THE 3RD MEMBER, BUT STILL VERY IMPORTANT TO FUTURE CREW.

EVEN THOUGH I SEE YOU LESS THAN YOUR OTHER SIBLINGS,

I JUST PRAY THAT WHEN I SEE YOU IT PAYS DIVIDENDS.
