This Tree is dead
It fought the drought
No one cares
No drop of water
Not even her tears
Gone are the years
Long forgotten
Erased memories

Stories are just stories
The forgotten author
Is now without home
Out in the world
All on his own
Unknown and unnoticed

Never was there a Ghost in the Shell
Never was there a flame in Hell
Into the never ending well he fell
No one reads these stories
I tell.
