Over the mountains
Your face shines
Chains unbound
The song of the drifter
The trees remember
The cold of the night sky
When you kissed the water
While drinking it
Looking at me carefully
While shutting down my defenses
And caressing my offensive language
I whipped the skin into dark chocolate.
Bruised and broken
Coming up with poetry
Is challenging when it's a broken heart
Soulful
Under the Empty Sky
The breeze reminds us of a time
Of carefree life with a price
