this life
has taken me places
sweet
and bitter
beautiful
and ugly
and best of all
beautifully ugly
I never expected to be where I am
and sometimes it can be a real
*****.
But that being said
I write poems every day
and ******* is that cool
and maybe they aren't good
but I couldn't care less
because they are mine
and I think I'd like to see
just where they take me
yeah it hasn't always been smooth
and I know I still have
a lot of rough patches
further on down the road
but it is surely going to be
one hell of a ride
