Disrobe
Probe deeper -
Disrobe the fallacious
coverings. As the baby chick disrobes
it’s down to sprout out wings. Assumptions are
a mistress. The seduction will leave
you twisted. Disrobe the past. The lining that held
the ends up are splitting. We can’t keep
together what isn’t. Fall down the hole
with me once more. With eyes wide open
they’ll be no floor.
