My Golden Light

The Sun, the Moon, and the stars align. I think to myself, “this must be a sign.” from the Father above, He sends me your love, and now our two hearts combine. You brighten my day like the burning Sun and I know for sure that you’re the one that was sent by He and was meant for me. In the game of love, I have surely won. Like the nighttime Moon, you show me the way as the cold, dark night turns slowly to day. I feel your arms as the shield me from harms and I know for a fact you’ll stay. As the stars in the sky burn bright, my first and only thought is, “Oh, what a sight.” They act as a guide as you stay by my side. In the sky above my head, you are my golden light.
