NEFARIOUS
We are in dire-straits
St. Peter’s at our gate
We’ll soon be ‘empty-plates’
Count on a few fingers
For those that really lingered
Won’t folks ever realize
People don’t really sympathize
They’re never on the square
So love ‘em if you dare
Pray for the best
Expect the worst — Get
Ready for the next hearse
& another nefarious-curse
