The trees touch the sky
The moon shines high
While the creek flows
The wind blows
You can hear the wolves cry
You can see the birds fly
The cabin stands alone
While the planes above are flown
The mushrooms grow
And the flowers flow
The man inside dies
As the children cry
The gnomes roll
Death collects his toll
You can hear the lone wolf howl
The night is haunted by a big eyed owl
The children leave, one by one
The night is finally done
The sun will rise
As the man inside finally dies
My friend helped me write this for English class and I thought I'd share it.
